pc locks up on scan ..

when i run a scan with superantispy or malwarebytes and removel tool .. i get to this one file and it locks up the whole computer .. c:\system volume information_restore{39c371a2-5c6a-433b-8ac6-dbd815f09639\rp10\a0024412.dll is there a file i need to look up for this .. or something i need to turn on .. thank you for you'r help on this .. ssuperdave ..

It would be best if you start a topic in the Malware Removal Forum after following instructions here: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) so that an analyst can take a look at the system.
