Question Warning:the checksum could not be properly calculated

I've been noticing several of these in my log files. AVG is legit (my Antivirus). But I am curious as to whether I should be concerned over the checksum error below. The file is actually:
    11.6 KB (11,952 bytes)

    Located: WinLogon, avgrsstarter
    command: avgrsstx.dll
    file: avgrsstx.dll
    size: 0
    MD5: D41D8CD98F00B204E9800998ECF8427E
Warning: if the file is actually larger than 0 bytes,
the checksum could not be properly calculated!

It was a just a precaution. To rephrase it, if this particular file is not x in amount of size, then there could be a problem. 'x' being a variable. I'm not sure if the 'zero' is being displayed correctly or if there is a bug. But rest assured this is not a problem.

You can leave this alone. Just don't disable it as it is crucial to AVG Anti-Virus.

    Have a good day.
