    Question .::login::.

    Hey guys, do any of you know a way so that when you login, instead of going to a webpage that i have to make, it would go to a page that would automatically show their name. I think it has something to do with cookies which also lets them edit their page and save it directly to the server.Please can anyone help!!?

    Hello.

    I don't understand your question, could you explain in more detail what it is you are trying to accomplish, or perhaps a google search may give you the answer.

    Cool Popunders

    Hello,
    I know this might be a silly question to some people; but does any one know a HTML code or javascript so that when they close the window, a new window comes up(Supposed to be an ad)

    Perhaps you would be best served by a web development site.

    A google search shows many, this is a random sample:

    Most people here want to remove ads, not add them. Pun intended.

    I think what you need to do is dynamically display the username of the person through the use of ASP (active server pages). Providing your server can cope with it. This technology has been around a while so I am supprised you didnt now about it. Have a look at the link below, it was the book I learnt the basics from and still using now.

    Hope it helps.

    Glad to be of help. I dont have a website online as I mainly deal with internal Intranet systems. If, in the future, you need a hand with ASP code or want me to check something out - dont hesitate to drop me a line.
