Default PWS.LDPinchIE + Virtumonde (the Malware perfect storm)

Hello, I'm a pc user of fairly high knowledge and rarely do I come across something I cannot fix, but these two work so well together I've run out of patience..

I've done everything within my knowledge, removed all the fishy stuff from my registry and startup files, rebooted, scanned and fished around in safe mode, and for a couple days everything worked great. Today it all flared back up, and no matter how many times I scan and clean with Avast! and Spybot the symptoms remain. Even as I type this I'm plagued with fake windows dialogues and random (if slightly amusing) popup ads. Where does this junk come from? lol

Its important to point out that I have lost control of my Desktop and though I changed my registry keys concerning the Active Desktop to allow changes, I'm still locked out

    Hi trexiL

We will begin with ComboFix.exe. Please visit this webpage for download links, and instructions for running the tool:
This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.
ComboFix SHOULD NOT be used unless requested by a forum helper

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/comb...o-use-combofix

Ensure you have disabled all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
If you need help to disable your protection programs see here.

When finished, it will produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.
