SpybotSD.exe - Bad immage

I've recently re-installed windows, and i'm downloading all the old protection programs i had before.

I downloaded the most recent Spy-bot. After a sussessful installation, pressing finish with "Run spybot" checked, i get this error:

"E:\program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\sqlite3.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vender for support."

I've re-installed the program twice now, both times deleting the folder witch spybot was located after a sussessful uninstall. Its not just when i press finish that this error occures. Its every time i try to load spybot. Tried every thing within my knolage. Any suggestions
