Clicks in IE don't work

When I click on links in IE, they don't work. I have to right click and open in new tab.

Spybot S&D won't run.

I've started two other threads on this, but the threads disappear, I can't find them when I search by my username.

Please help.

I found the last thread that expired.

Should I run through the suggestions made there to update software?

BTW, I used utorrent to download Star Trek Phase II, which is a fan video they distribute via torrent. I've uninstalled it, but the last helper said it still showed up in HJT.

I also followed the instructions regarding disabling tea timer, but the last helper said tea timer still appears to be running.
