Hackers are using out of date programs to infect folks more and more,
Here is a small free tool that lets you know when something needs an update if you are interested:

Yes, run the Kaspersky Online Scan. Something is going on that is not showing and I don't know if it is malware or hardware/software and Kaspersky may provide answers. So should I try that scan you posted a few posts ago?
Thanks

I tried Kaspersky and I got this error: "Starting Java Applet has failed! Please go online to use this program." I am online so Whats the problem?
Also I tried installing new versions of what you listed and none will install. The are no errors but it just says "Preparing to install".
Download Dr.Web CureIt to the desktop:
- Doubleclick the drweb-cureit icon to start the program.
- press start
- Allow the program to run the initial express scan
- This will scan the files currently running in memory. If something is found, click the YES button when it asks you if you want to cure it. This is only a short scan.
Note: A pop up may appear during this phase suggesting you purchase their program - click the X at the top right corner of this pop-up to close it.- Once the short scan has finished, check the Complete scan box on the left side, even if nothing was found on the initial scan.
- Then click the small green arrow button on the right under the Dr.Web Antivirus picture to start the complete scan. (This scan will take several hours)
- During this complete scan - if Dr.Web finds an infection a window will pop up requesting your attention. Select the Cure button.
- Note:(If the file cannot be cured, Dr.Web will automatically delete the file)
- Once the scan is complete, on the menu bar, click file and choose report list.
- Save the report to your desktop. The report will be called DrWeb.csv
- Note:this report will need to be renamed to Dr.Web.txt in order to post it on the forum.
- Close Dr.Web Cureit.
- Please post the Dr.Web.txt report in your next reply

Its asking me to download the full version and get a 30 day free trial but their website isn't english. Could you help me out?
Well I downloaded the full version and I can't install it because my computer won't allow it.
Seems you can not run anything, have you thought about reformatting the computer? I have a bad feeling about this infection, some file infectors are making the rounds, like Virut, that is why I am trying to run a scan that will show if that is the infection.
See if you can get Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to run:
Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your Desktop
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
http://www.besttechie.net/mbam/mbam-setup.exe <<< download
* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
* Please post contents of that file & a new HJT log in your next reply.
Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately. Failure to reboot will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware.

I'm willing to reformat it. Don't you need a disk to do that?
