Default Spybot, Malwarebytes etc etc wont run, even in safe mode.

my internet browser even redirects me to random sites from time to time and as the title says i believe i got infected by some malware or virus or something and i tried to run spybot like i normally do to get rid of these things and i noticed it would not open, so at the time i didn't think anything of it so i ran my Symantec anti virus on a full system scan to see if it would find anything... and yet nothing came up.

then i proceeded to google to check out my problem and it seems like a lot of people are having the same problem but many sites of many different solutions one site said to use combofix but i read that its a very strong tool and can damage your system so i opted not to use it and instead came to here for advise...

another thing that i didn't notice until now is that if i leave my computer on for a while an internet explorer window will start running in the background with no window to click on and it'll start accessing sites and through my headset i will start hearing like commercials and songs and other random things and eventually the cpu usage of it will keep getting larger and larger until my system pretty much comes to a halt unless i force close it through the task manager

one site said to use combofix but i read that its a very strong tool and can damage your system so i opted not to use it and instead came to here for advise...
That was a wise decision ComboFix namely shouldn't be run without supervision.

IMPORTANT I notice there are signs of one or more P2P (Peer to Peer) File Sharing Programs on your computer.

    BitTorrent
    DNA

I'd like you to read this thread.

Please go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the programs listed above (in red).

    After that:

Disable Spybot's TeaTimer to make sure it won't interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you're clean again:
    • Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode
    • If it is not already set to do this, go to the Mode menu
      select
      Advanced Mode
    • On the left hand side, click on Tools
    • Then click on the Resident icon in the list
    • Uncheck
      Resident TeaTimer
      and OK any prompts.
    • Restart your computer

Please visit this webpage for download links, and instructions for running ComboFix tool:

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/comb...o-use-combofix

Please ensure you read this guide carefully and install the Recovery Console first.

The Windows Recovery Console will allow you to boot up into a special recovery (repair) mode. This allows us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware. It is a simple procedure that will only take a few moments of your time.

Once installed, you should see a blue screen prompt that says:

The Recovery Console was successfully installed.

    Please continue as follows:

    1. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix, link
      Remember to re-enable them afterwards.

    2. Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.

When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.

Please include the following reports for further review, and so we may continue cleansing the system:

    C:\ComboFix.txt
    New HijackThis log.

A word of warning: Neither I nor sUBs are responsible for any damage you may have caused your machine by running ComboFix. This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.

Let's try this (when asked to rename, put name as anything.exe):

A word of warning: Neither I nor sUBs are responsible for any damage you may have caused your machine by running ComboFix. This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.

Download Combofix*from any of the links below. You must*rename it before saving it. Save it to your desktop.

    Link 1
    Link 2
    Link 3

    --------------------------------------------------------------------

Double click on anything.exe*& follow the prompts.
    • When finished, it will produce a report for you.
    • Please post the C:\ComboFix.txt along with a HijackThis log*so we can continue cleaning the system.

    Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall
