software spysuite

I was wondering does spybot pick up spysuite if somebody has installed it on your laptop, my laptop has been compromised but can't proove it. I wwas just woondering if there was a way to check for that software..

Spy Suite is a paid for program, does someone have physical access to the machine other than yourself?

Please follow the instructions in this link to produce a HJT log: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum where an analyst will advise you as soon as available.
