Internet Explorer Browser/Downloads Keep Crashing

Hi, my friend has been having some trouble with her computer lately and she's not overly computer savvy (not that I'm much better) so I asked her to download HJT and send me her log so I could put it up here. She said that every time she tries to close internet explorer, the "application stopped working" error would come up, and that when she tried to download some things the download will just keep crashing.
