How do I turn off Spybot's built-in popups?

Was it the case that for older versions of tea timer that these "allow changes" popups would occur much more frequently? Im just trying to figure out why some versions of spybot seem to prompt the user with these "allow change" popups almost non-stop and yet with other versions, I have yet to see this happen.

Yes. The version of TeaTimer does make a difference as to the degree of the automatic handling of registry changes. See the following:
