Please help me rid pc of Virtumonde

I have been trying for weeks to get rid of Virtumonde. Other programs do not find it, but Spybot continues to find and "delete" it. My computer is extremely slow now, even though I recently installed 1 terabyte buffalo hard drive.
I have followed advice on various threads on Spybot, such as going to restore point, cleaning registers, etc. but nothing seems to be working. Unfortunately, I have not kept good track of what I have tried. I would appreciate any guidance!
