Default Nasty Malware wont let SBot run nor Malwarebytes'

I picked up some nasty malware the other afternoon while searching on bing.com. Don't remember exactly what site it was but anyway, the first thing that popped up was the yellow windows shield in the lower right hand tray with a pop-up stating "your computer has been infected". After it locked up my system and I rebooted, it was gone, but the results are as follows:
    1. System Restore keeps getting turned off and there are no restore points anymore.
    2. Google & Bing search results, when clicked on, are redirected through windowsclick.com
    3. Won't allow Sbot S&D nor Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware programs to run.
    4. My Trend-Micro Pc-Cillin is 3 months past renewal, but now it will not update or let me renew my subscription.

Anyway, I had a local tech work on it for 3 days and its still the same, yet I am several $$ lighter in the pocket.

    Here's the log file.

Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance) http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

You must have read and followed the "Before you Post" instructions.
Since TeaTimer is NOT disabled and you posted an out of date HijackThis log, it appears you did not read the directions. Please do that before you proceed.
    4. My Trend-Micro Pc-Cillin is 3 months past renewal, but now it will not update or let me renew my subscription.
The days of kids playing pranks online is over, organized crime has moved online and you can no longer take your computer online without security. What do you intend you run as an antivirus program? I can post links to good freeware programs if you wish. In the meantime, until you are clean and secure, stay offline except when you are troubleshooting this problem.

If you wish to continue, we will start like this.

    1) Make sure HijackThis is updated before you post another log.

    2) We need first to disable TeaTimer that it doesn't interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you're clean again:
    * Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
    * If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
    * On the left hand side, Click on Tools
    * Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
    * Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
    * Restart your computer.
(leave TT disabled until we finish)

    3) Please visit this webpage for download links, and instructions for running the tool:

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/comb...o-use-combofix

Please ensure you read this guide carefully and install the Recovery Console first

The Windows Recovery Console will allow you to boot up into a special recovery (repair) mode. This allows us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware. It is a simple procedure that will only take a few moments of your time.

Once installed, you should see a blue screen prompt that says:

The Recovery Console was successfully installed

    Please continue as follows:

Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix, link
    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic114351.html
    Remember to re-enable them afterwards.

Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you. Post that report and a new HJT log

A word of warning: Neither I nor sUBs are responsible for any damage you may have caused your machine by running ComboFix on your own. This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use

    4) Post also an uninstall list: Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
    Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
