    Default Need help removing Trojan-PSW.Win32.Kates.c

    Greetings!

Upon running a kaspersky scan, I detected the presence of Trojan-PSW.Win32.Kates.C on my computer. The scan report pointed to the following file: C:\Documents and Settings\Ryan\Local Settings\xuwtwhf.ewg, however, when I try to manually delete it, it instantly returns. Your help would be most appreciated!

    Hello Tashi!

Thanks for your speedy reply! I apologize, but I wasn't aware of that last response issued on my previous thread. I thought I had been forgotten! How should we proceed?
