    Default working on sending runalyzer log

    Hi! I am working with a Spybot helper via email, but we are in different time zones so I can't ask them for help right now. They have requested that I download RunAlyzer and send the logs to have them detected for problems. I have saved runalyzer and tried to run it. Runalyzer appeared on the screen for a couple of seconds and then disappeared. Because of this irritating virus I have, I get a "you don't have permission" pop-up when I try to run it.
    Any ideas on how to get this thing running so I can send the file?

    If you'd like take that route please start a new topic providing the HJT log, and I will close this one as helpers look for threads without a response.

    Also give notice and the link to person who is assisting you via email as we cannot duplicate malware removal help.
