Default Google links redirect to ads

Hello, I seem to be having a problem with google redirecting most links to various ad sites, the only way around this it seems is to copy the link and paste it directly into the adress bar. I tried using spybot, which removed some problems, but this still persists. I'm running the latest version of Opera and using nod32 antivirus. Here is my hijackthis log.
    Thanks!
