Yes it will. It has also the RootAlyzer integrated.
But despite from that Spybot 1.6.2 already scans for Rootkits.

Hmm i haven't seen must news lately on the 2.0 Beta or full version
is there some kind of delay or something on the beta

I concur with Matt, ance. Spybot 2.0 final will be out probably in late 2010 (perhaps around the autumn season).
