You might want to consider a reformat:

Because of the nature of a rootkit infection, even if we remove the junk I can never say this computer will be completely safe and secure without a reformat. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rootkit
Try uninstalling combofix again, and download it. Change the file name to willbill48.exe BEFORE you save it to the Desktop.
