Win32.TDSS.rtk - Can't remove!
Since yesterday all of my internet browsers have been crashing on most websites, they all stop responding and are forced to close. I scanned my laptop with AVG and Malwarebytes and both came up with nothing. I then tried Spybot and it came up with a few infections, all of which were fixed, however, a second scan showed that Win32.TDSS.rtk was still there, and after removal, a third, and then a fourth scan also came up with the trojan.
How can I get rid of it?

Oh! Forgot to add:
My Mum had a very similar problem with her laptop, and the problem started happening at the same time, however, one scan of spybot didn't come up with the win32.TDSS.rtk file, and pressing fix cleared the problem up completely, no infections were found on a second scan. I don't know why mine is different.
I don't know if that info is relevant or not, but I though I'd better add it in case.
