Spybot S&D will not finish running

I started doing a Bot check and it stopped at 185859/65851: Internet Optimizer (if that information is even important)

I got a pop up box which was titled:

"Microsoft Windows"

Spybot-Search and Destroy has stopped working

A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly.

Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.


Does mean there is a problem with SpyBot? If so, it still isn't fixed and working.
Or does it mean that Microsoft has a problem? Have you heard about this problem before? If so, what is the problem and how does it get solved?
Or does it indicate that I have a virus in my computer that Spybot can't remove? If so, now what? Would it help if I reloaded Spybot again? I haven't used SpyBot in a long time. Is that one of the problems
