odd programs, i need help please

hey, i don't know much about computers, but I think i have something on my computer. there is a program called Greatmemo and a program that is telling me the weather in Southhampton Massachusetts. They dont show up in Add or Remove Programs and i dont know how to get rid of them, if anyone can give me some advice, it would be much appreciated.
