New spy/malware?

Have the following entries. Even manual deletion from registry and msconfig keep them popping back up:

- prlycd.exe (command line is C:\windows\system32\prlycd.exe reg_run)
- iaxai.exe (command line is c:\documents and settings\all users\start
menu\programs\startup\iaxai.exe)
