can't get rid of e2give. please help?

I been having the e2give malware on my computer for a couple of months now. No matter how many systems I run to try to get rid of it, none can. Now only the Spybot- S&D and Ad-aware 6.0 can even find it on my computer. I tried to run a Pandascan but my Avast! messed up the downloading. I even ran the ccleaner a couple of times to no effect. If anyone can help me with this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.

I understand having had a battle with this item myself not long ago. I managed to defeat it for another member, and there is a newer fix available also. I really need to see your HJT log before posting this information. Please review this information:
