installs will not atart

Hi I have downloaded spybot installs and then shuts down. also spyhunter does same thing niether will start after that. f-secure online scan will not run also. avg detects nothing. please if you can help I know there is something here but can not find it. or stuff that can will not run and is bieng blocked. sometime when i go to website I also get redirected to adds. after searching with google I can get around this by seeing the website address under each one manually putting it in address bar.
