I have been getting this pop-up internet site that wants to install a media player on my pc. When I click no, it won't close. The only way I can get it to close is to do control-alt-delete. Spybot and AdAware have not detected this. Is there a way to get Spybot to recognize this. I have my internet pop-up blocker on, and entered this whatever it is in there to block it, but it keeps coming up. Help!
