Default Looking for recommendation for scheduling Spybot 1.6.2 on Vista

I just installed Spybot 1.6.2 on a 64-bit Vista system today and scheduled it to run. Before the schedule had a chance to run Spybot, I ran it manually. After the scan, I was told it couldn't immunize the system since the id I used didn't have proper authority. I understand I need to run Spybot as Administrator to avoid this issue BUT I can't schedule Spybot to run as Administrator since that account is disabled, by default.

I don't necessarily want to enable the Administrator account so I'm looking for other ideas.

Is there any way to schedule Spybot on Vista such that it can immunize the system without running as the Administrator?

    Thanks!

    Peace...

    Hello,

To fix found items after a scan, or to shedule Spybot you need admin rights on Windows Vista.

Windows Vista might tell you that you are not being allowed to operate at the administration level of your computer.
You can solve this problem as follows:
Right-click the Spybot - Search & Destroy entry in your start menu,
instead of just left-clicking to start it.
Then, choose Run as administrator from the context menu.
You will find a screenshot of this problem in our FAQ:

Ok, so I guess the only scheduling option on Vista is to enable the Administrator account.

    Thanks for the reply!

    Peace...
