Laptop infected with annoying malware

Hello,

I was being nosey and ventured to a torrent site i searched in google. Upon hitting the search button all hell broke loose. The following happened:

windows defender went crazy with alerts. Superantispyware went crazy with alerts. I panicked and reset the laptop using the power button. Windows came back up however my desktop was changed to a blue screen with a 'your infected' message. Popups went crazy.. tons and tonsss!!!

I could not access Task Manager. I could not access the tool menu in my folders. I could not access regedit. nothing. everything was blocked off. I could not run SPYBOT. I booted up in safe mode and the same story, pop ups, no permits to open anything and spybot wouldn't work.

I burned 'unhack me' to a cd and ran it on the comptuer. it did tons of checks at start up and detected malicious programs. This helped me gain a bit of control. I used GPEDIT.MSC to regain access to the TOOLs menu in folder view.

I also donwlaoded AVG and ran it and it found a bunch of stuff a few times. I also ran sfc /scannow and after this i was able to run spybot s&d. However it didn't find too many things wrong and i fixed the few that it did. I ran a scan with AVG then with SuperantiVirus. Once something was found but i can't remember what it was.

Now i'm trying to install Windows defender and I can't because i get a msg in the installation process that i dont have enough privillages to access MSMPeng.exe. I'm pretty sure at this point this has something to do with my luck with the malware!

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. This has gone on for too long and is turning my hair gray! :(

That said, All advice given by anyone volunteering here, is taken at your own risk.
While best efforts are made to assist in removing infections safely, unexpected stuff can happen.

Your still infected P2P (File Sharing Sites ) like Limewire, the torrents are all bad news. Its the latest way that malware writers are using to download there garbage onto your system. Think about it, your downloading a file from and unknown source, its like playing Russian Roulette malwarewise. Do your self a big favor and stay out of sites like that.



Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here

• Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
• At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected .
• When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location and post the results.
• Note: If you receive a notice that some of the items couldn't be removed, that they have been added to the delete on reboot list, please reboot.
