Cleaned Harddrive, but still extremely laggy.

Hello, I posted a few weeks ago, I think, about my pc not being able to download anything and serch pages not showing results and basically the pc not functioning at all to what I want it to do.
Well, I went to a specialist to have my harddrive completely wiped clean (nothing of great importance was lost anyway) and after connecting back to the internet via reciever for Netgear wireless internet, I've noticed a few things that may or may not be a problem but has me concerned none the less.
First was my internet connection was only half of what it use to be, second was how slow most pages load and how high the CPU Usage under the performance tab in Task Manager was, like around 5% or even 7% which shouldn't be, and finally, although I don't know if it matters mentioning this or not, I play a game called World of Warcraft, quite the popular game so I'm sure a lot of you people have heard of it, however the lag when playing it is so intense that I'm imediately booted off or the game itself freezes up completely.

If it's clean to you guys then okay, but also let me know if anything needs to be removed to help tone down the lag I've been having the past few days.

Your log is several days old. If you still need help with malware simply post back. Dont recognize any malware in the log but you should rely on your software to determine that.
You should check task manager and make sure both your Av are not running at once even if its not showing its icon.
