Please go to Kaspersky website and perform an online antivirus scan.

    1. Read through the requirements and privacy statement and click on Accept button.
    2. It will start downloading and installing the scanner and virus definitions. You will be prompted to install an application from Kaspersky. Click Run.
    3. When the downloads have finished, click on Settings.
    4. Make sure these boxes are checked (ticked). If they are not, please tick them and click on the Save button:
      • Spyware, Adware, Dialers, and other potentially dangerous programs
        Archives
    5. Click on My Computer under Scan.
    6. Once the scan is complete, it will display the results. Click on View Scan Report.
    7. You will see a list of infected items there. Click on Save Report As....
    8. Save this report to a convenient place. Change the Files of type to Text file (.txt) before clicking on the Save button.
    9. Please post this log in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.

Default I'm not exactly sure of the protocol here, so

if I'm not supposed to post before I have completed your instructions, just let me know and I won't do it again. I just wanted to update you on why this is taking so long.

I have satellite internet and it was pouring rain yesterday. Everytime Kaspersky would start downloading files, I would lose my connection and it would have to start over. I FINALLY got it downloaded this morning and started a scan. However, it is 1% finished and that one percent took 6 hours. So, I estimate (assuming I don't lose the connection) that it will be 10 hours before the scan is through. Sorry for the delay. I'll post both logs as soon as I can get them.

    Please click this link-->Jotti

Copy/paste file on the list into the white Upload a file box and click Submit/Send (depends on which one you are using Jotti or VirusTotal).

    C:\Documents and Settings\Roni\Desktop\Unused Desktop Shortcuts\ISPSetup6A.exe

Please post back the results of the scan in your next post.

If Jotti is busy, try the same at Virustotal: http://www.virustotal.com/

I copied the file you listed in bold C:\Documents and Settings\Roni\Desktop\Unused Desktop Shortcuts\ISPSetup6A.exe into the box and clicked submit. The result was

Default No, I don't recognize it.

But I suspect it was either a setup file for PeoplePC or Wildblue. PeoplePC was the dial up internet service provider I had a long time ago and Wildblue is my ISP now.

What about the files that Kapersky identified? Have we gotten rid of them?
