Spybot and Virus scan - Permission Problem

My laptop is playing up S&D won't scan and when you press scan it comes up with Permission Error. Im also trying to install Hijackthis or deep scan software etc to get my laptop back track but comes up with a Win32 error. I know its there but can't get rid.

The bloody Swines!!

Hi,

Please save this file to your desktop. Double-click on it to run a scan. When it's finished, there will be a log called Win32kDiag.txt on your desktop. Please open it with notepad and post the contents here. Tell me also what OS do you have installed.
