Using both Firefox and IE

Both Firefox and IE are used as browsers on my computer. But when I scan with Spybot it only scans for stuff in Firefox and not for anything in IE.

How do I make it scan for stuff i both browsers?

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "... stuff..."?

If the "... stuff..." that you are detecting are "Tracking Cookies" and you have activated Spybot's Browser Helper Object (BHO), Spybot's BHO will block the same "Tracking Cookies" that it detects during a scan. Since the Spybot's BHO only works for Internet Explorer, it may give the impression that "… when I scan with Spybot it only scans for stuff in Firefox and not for anything in IE. "
