    So then it is false positive.

    Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune and save
    it to desktop.

    Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
    Under Main choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.

    If you use Firefox browser

    Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.
    NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

    If you use Opera browser

    Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.
    NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

    Click Exit to close ATF-Cleaner.

    Cleaned but Firefox on top is grayed out, even though that's what I use.

    You can then empty Firefox cache manually from Firefox.

    Actually, MBAM gave up errors when I run it. First it says
    Run-time error '0'
    When I click that I get
    Run-time error '440'
    Automation error
    And then it quits. Reinstalling it gave the same errors during setup but after it ran the updater the problem seems to have gone away. Haven't noticed anything else though.
