there blocked for good reason.its not the greastest concern that spybot picks them up,as i can simply set spybot to ignore them,however there are false postivies in a way,that said sites are blocked for good reason.

That are no false positives, that is a general alert.
There could be some users where this is caused by an infection,
so this is important to notice.
If you have made the changes by yourself you can simply ignore those entries from future scans.
