Default Bitdefender Internet Security 2010 vs SpyBotS&D

Can anyone confirm or deny any serious conflict between Bitdefender Internet Security 2010 and SpybotS&D ? It sounds like its just something their tech support says when they really don't know what else to say but if I'm way off base I'd appreciate it if someone would set me straight.
    ...thanks

    Hello,

That is the same marketing behaviour that McAfee and Kaspersky uses to kick competitors out of the business.
Please do also have a look at this link on our homepage.

There should not be any problems with the compatibility.
But if some parts would conflict, just those parts could be disabled.

That's the way to to disable the resident feature of Spybot - Search & Destroy: run Spybot-S&D, switch to the "Advanced mode" via the menu bar item "Mode" --> hit "YES" --> select "Tools" in the navigation bar on the left --> "Resident" and there you can untick the checkboxes in front of the two tools.

    Best Regards
