Lots of problems!

Problems started two days ago, I was watching a south park episode when what looked like an installation script or command box came up and then diappeared. Obviously I ran a virus scan straight after, but nothing came up at that time.
The next time I booted my computer I noticed three extra icons on my desktop, which were pornsites, and my AVG had a threat detection, saying win32/heur infecting notepad.exe, which it could not remove.
Following that I now get Windows DEF everytime I boot up with regards to the Logon UI, even though my computer has never used the login as I'm the only user.
Now I have noticed in the processes various programs I don't recognise and which I haven't installed, including btdna.exe and prunnet.exe.
Furthermore when I tried to download Windows Malicious Software remover it will not work, and this applies to any download from microsoft support, and I can't install spybot either because it cannot "resolve the server name".
I'm also getting redirected to other websites from google search.
I'm guessing all these things are related because they have all started happening since that "download" whilst I was watching the video, but all in all I'm stumped. I've removed btdna and that hasn't reappeared, but the other things are still happening.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
