Spybot search and destroy

Bonjour,
A chaque fois que je lance le scan de Spybot Search and destroy, l'ordinateur plante avant la fin du scan.
J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé le programme plusieurs fois mais le résultat est toujours le même. Y-a-t-il une solution?
Mon ordinateur fonctionne avec windows XP

Please list the security programs installed on the computer.
