Smartbizsearch?

Had a malware that I think was Smartbizsearch that redirected all my Google searches.

Downloaded Spybot 1.6.2 and it installed, updated and ran for a few secs then disappeared.
Tried to run from various places and still Spybot would not run.
Deleted, reloaded Spybot, installed, updated and ran Spybot- same thing happened.

Tried runanalyser- installed, and ran for a few secs then just like spybot - disappeared then anything I tried -'Windows cannot access specifed file'.

Tried running from .scr files, renaming, going into safe mode but none of them worked.

Desktop PC now does not access the internet because of an 'error' -never seen that screen before. I am sending this from a loaned laptop.

What can I do now?
