    Default Bug? Interesting design feature?

Hi, I've been using Regalyzer for a while now and have found something interesting, when one edits a value in the reg be it a String or whatever, the first button is 'Cancel' followed bt 'Ok', on Regedit(for Windows 98, at least) and most other programmes I use it's the other way around. Was this done on purpose, does anyone know? I wouldn't mind but being used to the other way around I tend to press cancel after entering lots of data which can get annoying!

Hmmmmm I guess someone would need to lookup Microsofts Human Interface Design Guidelines to find out I'm pretty sure there exists an article about the proper order (Apple at least has published such stuff in the years after the first Macintosh, 1984 and later).
