unexpected error, malware and securityC

Hello,

Thanks for taking the time to read this. Your help is very much appreciated. After doing a Malwarebytes, AVG anti-virus and Spy-bot scan, all fully updated, I received the notice "unexpected error in fixing problems (Cannot create file 'C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc\hosts'. Access is denied", when i tried "fix selected problems". There are 85 eateries in the "Fraud. Windows Protection Suite", and one entries in the "Microsoft. Windows. Redirected host" categories.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
