Spybot not working properly

For the past several days, whenever I have turned on my computer, a message comes on from my Microsoft Windows Error Reporting saying that Spybot S&D is not working properly. I have downloaded it again and immunized it. Then I ran a scan which came back Congratulations! You have no errors. I thought that things were fixed, but when I turned on my computer today, I again had the same message from Windows Error Reporting. Can you tell me why I am getting that message? Thanks!
