RUNDLL brjw.gvo what is it and how do I get rid of it

I have been having issues with my PC for 3 weeks now. I have a run error right after startup. Spy-bot has run numerous times, found issues, fixed them and it is still there. I have disabled almost all of my start-ups.
I can surf, but lock up a lot and then finally have to end task and restart.
It is affecting other things to, I tunes will not load, scanner will not load etc. I am really frustrated. Any help?

If HJT won't run please start a new topic anyway, make note of the situation and and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
