Trojan horse generic 16.ASDM C:\Program files (x86)iDump\iDump.exe

Hi,
My computer is infected with this Trojan horse Generic 16.ASDM C:\Program files (x86) iDump\iDump.exe and I have AVG free. I used Spybot to try to clean my computer but AVG said if I delete this Trojan it will make my system crash. Could you please advise me what to do? Thanks!
