Spybot SD rescan by mistake

Hello im new to forums just wanted to make a post about a concern.
I was familiar on the use of this software and I did a scan and after it was finished, and had came up with 3 things, I don't know why i was rushing it but went to click fix problems, instead I clicked check for problems again. It got finished with that and found nothing. I'm concerned if it automaticly fixed or deleted the problems by itself before the rescan from whatever it had caught before still exists and is not picking it up again. I'm not sure if it has a scan history either I tried looking to see if I can fix it that way but no idea.
