Windows 7 installation failure

Problem - can't install Spybot 1.6.2 under Windows 7 Ultimate, even running as Administrator. Installation bombs out with this error message:

sqlite3.dll

An error occurred while trying to copy a file:
The source file is corrupt.

The installation file is OK - installs perfectly under Windows XP Pro on my backup machine.

I'm a newbie with Windows 7 - any tips or guidance to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

We recommend a fresh install of Spybot - Search & Destroy.
Please uninstall Spybot - Search & Destroy according to the following link.
Then make a fresh install of Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.6.2.
Please make also sure that you open Spybot then with a rightclick and choose "run as admin".

I've uninstalled, deleted data folders, searched the system for remaining bits of Spybot, started as Admin User - but get the same error message.
