"Fix selected problem" doesn't delete hits

Just completed scan and "Fix selected problem" button doesn't delete hits marked with a check after I confirm yes to "You are about to remove these entries. Do you want to continue?"

Always worked before!

How can I fix this?

Your detection updates are out of date.

I would like you to update Spybot-Search&Destroy:
Open Spybot (if you use Windows Vista or Windows 7, right click and choose run as administrator)
On the left side, click on Update
Choose a server and download all updates that are available.
Now, go to Immunize, close ALL open internet browsers and click Immunize
After that, start a new scan.

Which infections does Spybot find now? Can you post your logfile of the scan? After your scan, right click on the white background where the infections are shown and choose save results to file. Save the file to your desktop and post its contents with your next answer.
