"Can only deny Url"

When I went to a certain web page Spybot sent a pop up saying Spybot-S&Ds IE helper has detected an URL that is known as a malicious resource.
Identified as: CN.wAQdN188
Spybot calls it there bad URL blocker, but on one side it had allow and the other side deny! It would only allow me to deny, is there anyway someone can help me with this because this site is a program I've been using for a long time and will continue to use, only had good experiences with it! Thanks for any help!

Hello,

You only have the possibility to deny that site because it is bad.
If you want to visit it nonetheless just open Spybot - Search & Destroy in the Advanced mode via the menu item Mode.
Now select 'Tools' - 'Resident' from the navigation bar on the left.
Please untick the checkbox in front of the 'SDHelper'.

But Warning: now the bad downloads won't be blocked any longer! Maybe you have to restart your computer now. Then try again to open your favourite pages. Don't forget to "immunize" again after visiting that page.
