    Default Can't immunize

I updated the S & D this morning on both of my machine, but it won't let me immunize. Was there nothing to be done on that part with this weeks update?

    Hello,

Do you get any error message?
What kind of operating system do you have?
Which browser and browser version do you use exactly?
Did you close the browser while immunizing?
Did you try to undo the immunization and then immunize again?
Have you also used the "Check again" function from the menu bar above?
If that does not help please also try to click a second time on the immunization tab.
Sometimes all items get immunized by the second run.
Are you logged in as admin or as user with admin rights?
Do you have other security programs installed that might block the immunization?

Also have a look at this link in our forum.

    Best regards

one machine is windows xp and the other is windows 7
it will not immunize on both machines for me yesterday
I keep all browsers closed only s & d is open while doing updates
yes I have tried repeatedly since I did the updates yesterday morning to immunize and it will not do it
no I don't have anything that would block it. I have had the other programs just as long as S & D and they have never blocked me from updating or immunizing.

See Is this normal???. There were no new immunizations in yesterday's update. If you show nothing unimmunized when you check, then you should be fine.
