    Default False Positive?

Good morning, all. New user. Upon scanning my system, Spybot flagged a registry change as follows:

    (SBI $3604910c) Settings
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntiVirusOverride (is not) dword: 0

What does this mean? I'm thinking it's something I can ignore, but is that naive of me? I didn't have the program "fix" it because it seems legit. Any advice for me?

    Thanks!

Oh, and I guess that would be POSITIVE up there, and not PISITIVE. :-/

    Hi DrJazzhead,

this isn't a bug or a false positive.

Spybot only wants you to tell with this message that "something" (a tool or programm) has disabled a message of the Windows Security Center. In your case, it wants you to tell that your Antivirus tool isn't updated or enabled.

    Note:
Some Antivirus programs disable such messages. Which antivirus programm do you use?
    Best regards - Beste Grüße,

    Matt
