Immunizing in Spybot

I don't understand what is going on here so I thought it would be best to post the issue here as the immunizing feature is not completely immunizing all items in my install. This is the first time for this as I have been using this software for sometime now like 6yrs.

Have attached a photo to show the problem. Maybe I should uninstall and re-install.

Did you close the browser while immunizing?
