    Question immunize -> unprotected

Every now and then I find ALL immunizations for Firefox deactivated, a few for IE and all of Global hosts as well. I reapply protection and after a few days is off again.

I use this machines and protection:
    Windows XP, Vista and 7
    Spyblaster
    Advance System Care
    Avira antivirus

    Hello cafesys,

Please see Various reasons for incomplete immunization and links provided.

Does any of the information there help?

    Best regards.

    Unhappy Immunization gets lost

No, non of the above applies.

This one is different. The immunization "disappears". After a few days, even as short as one day, immunization has to be reapplied as it appears "unprotected", mostly for Firefox.

    Greetings

    Tks Tashi

    Hello,

There seems to be a problem with immunizing FireFox 3.5/3.6. After FireFox has been opened new, the immunization is gone.

We are aware of this issue and have it already in our bugtracker.

For now you use this workaround:

    1. Open Firefox 3.5/3.6, go to Tools | Options | Privacy | Settings.
There uncheck the checkbox for "Site Preferences".

    2. Open Firefox 3.5/3.6, go to Tools | Clear Recent History... OR press Ctrl+Shift+Del.
There uncheck the checkbox for "Site Preferences".

For more informations please have a look at this link in our forum.

    Best regards
